Last updated: May 12, 2026
1. About Sessia
Sessia is session management software for independent professionals and small practices. It helps users manage clients, sessions, availability, reminders, payment tracking, analytics, and AI-assisted communication workflows.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
3. Professional Responsibility
Sessia is an administrative and communication tool. It does not replace professional judgment, clinical judgment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services. You are responsible for reviewing communications, managing client relationships, and complying with laws and professional obligations that apply to your practice.
4. Client Data
You may enter personal information about clients, sessions, notes, payment status, and communication preferences. You represent that you have the right to use this information in Sessia and that you will not enter information that you are not permitted to process.
5. AI-Assisted Communication
Sessia may help draft, prepare, or send client communications depending on your settings and integrations. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for configuring the assistant, reviewing sensitive cases, and deciding when human follow-up is required.
6. Google Calendar and Third-Party Services
If you connect Google Calendar, Stripe, Twilio, Resend, or other services, Sessia will use those services only as needed to provide the enabled features. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms.
7. Subscriptions and Trials
New users may receive a one-time free trial. Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan selected. Plan limits may be based on active client count. You can manage subscription details from the Subscriptions section when billing is enabled.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use Sessia to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized communications, interfere with the service, attempt to access another user's data, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
9. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Sessia may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, provider outages, or technical issues.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as Sessia evolves. Continued use of Sessia after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact
